• SUMMARY
• This is PRN Rrole- The PACE Clinic RN provides skilled nursing care to PACE program participants. They work with other clinic staff in the provision of medical and nursing care, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with PACE policy and applicable regulations. While case management and care coordination are a big part of the role, you will also be hands-on with patients regularly.
