Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing and modifying treatment plans for participants in both health centers and community settings. Coordinate with other disciplines to provide total patient care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a current Michigan COTA license and an associate degree from an AOTA-approved school. A minimum of one year of experience in geriatrics is required.
Current Michigan COTA license in good standing. Graduate of AOTA approved school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy. Minimum of one year experience in geriatrics required.
