Provide comprehensive dental care, including oral evaluations and individualized treatment plans authorized by a collaborating dentist. Communicate effectively with the clinical team while maintaining accurate electronic patient records.
Candidates must be licensed with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry and hold a current CPR/AED certificate. Experience working with children and culturally diverse patient populations is preferred.

Ability to practice at the top of scope of practice (full staff of Hygienists on team) Professional development opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental and life insurance; 401k plus company match Flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance; Paid time off Advanced Dental Therapist Procedures *ADTs are empowered and supported to practice at the top of their scope of practice to include but not limited to: Wide range of operative cases as well as limited exam and recall exam Pediatric procedures including pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers and primary tooth extractions Permanent tooth stainless steel crowns Extraction of class III mobile permanent teeth Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients Conduct oral evaluation and assessment of dental disease and the formation of an individualized treatment plan authorized by a collaborating dentist. Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records Qualifications Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry CPR/AED Certificate Experience working with children and culturally diverse patients preferred Rochester Clinic Hours Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm Wednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pm Friday: 7:50am-2pm Why Rochester?
