Builds therapeutic relationships and provides trust-building, strength based individualized care that is consistent with the child’s treatment plan, using the least restrictive interventions necessary while upholding the rights and dignity of children and their families at all times. Provides direct care to psychiatric minor patients, and as such this position is considered “essential” and is expected to report as scheduled during emergency events.
Reasonable experience as a direct care staff person at CCCA to have acquired adequate institutional knowledge to train others in role, with a contributor rating or higher. Veteran Bilingual Skills
