The therapist is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients. They provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, while coordinating discharge planning and community resources.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and possess at least one year of experience working with various age groups. Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Wisconsin is required.
