Direct Support Professionals provide assistance and supervision to residents in activities of daily living within residential group homes. They are responsible for documenting individual programs and ensuring active programming is provided at all times.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving history. A valid C.N.A certification is required for medical group homes, and one year of experience in developmental disability services is preferred.
