The Occupational Therapist will perform initial assessments and implement customized therapy plans to help clients regain function or adjust to disabilities. They will work within the clients' home settings and routinely evaluate progress to adjust care plans as needed.
The candidate must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate effective customer service when interacting with patients and staff. The ability to work collaboratively within a care team is essential for this role.
