Serve as a primary care provider for geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on their medical care needs. Duties include planning and evaluating patient care, examining and treating illnesses, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Candidates must have an Arkansas NP or PA license and DEA, along with experience in primary care or geriatrics. A minimum of 5 years of RN experience or equivalent PA training is required, with 1+ year of advanced practice experience preferred.

This organization is a leading provider of integrated medical services, caring for individuals from post-hospitalization to “home” in various settings, such as skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). They bring quality medical care to the geriatric population, as well as people with complex conditions, special needs, and intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Their providers make a dramatic impact in increasing quality of life and safeguarding the dignity of those they serve.
Serve as a primary care provider for geriatric patients located in one (1) skilled nursing facility (SNF).
A low volume of patients will be seen per day, allowing ample time to provide proper attention and support for the patients.
The practice uses an EHR on a mobile-based platform and providers are supported by dedicated team members who assist with orders, referrals, etc.
Providers share on-call responsibilities, which is phone triage only and light volume. Providers are on call no more than 3 nights per month and flexibility in scheduling is offered.
