About the Role

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care within various healthcare settings, including assisted living facilities and clinics across the United States.
• This position focuses on providing direct patient care, managing wound care, and supporting pain management protocols to enhance patient comfort and recovery.
• The LPN will collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans and ensure comprehensive patient education.
• Effective communication in English is essential to accurately document patient information, educate patients and families, and coordinate care activities.
• Ultimately, the LPN contributes to improving patient outcomes by performing clinical tasks such as venipuncture and monitoring patient conditions with professionalism and compassion.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the United States.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure clear communication and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in wound care and pain management techniques.
• Ability to perform venipuncture safely and effectively.
• Experience working in patient care settings such as assisted living facilities or similar healthcare environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience collaborating with Nurse Practitioners or advanced practice providers.
• Additional certifications related to wound care or pain management.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Training in patient education methodologies and health promotion.
• Experience in diverse healthcare settings to adapt to various patient needs.

Responsibilities
