Candidates must hold a medical degree (MD or DO) and a valid medical license in the state of Monroe. Experience in radiation oncology and board certification are required for this position.
This contract position is an on-site role that provides a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care in the field of oncology.
As a Locum MD/DO in Radiation Oncology, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the quality of care we provide, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of treatment.
Conduct patient assessments and medical evaluations in radiation oncology Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families about treatment options and procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in oncology
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice in the state of Monroe Experience in radiation oncology, preferably in a clinical setting Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team Knowledge of current radiation oncology practices and technologies
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Must be board-certified
