Candidates must hold a medical degree (MD or DO) and be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. A valid medical license to practice in the state is required, along with strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

As a key member of our Ob/Gyn department, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our patients, focusing on both obstetric and gynecological services. Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients Conduct regular check-ups, screenings, and preventive care Perform surgeries and medical procedures as required Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients on health issues and treatment options Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay updated with the latest advancements in Ob/Gyn practices Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license to practice in the state Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing compassionate patient care Experience in a medical practice setting is preferred
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Call: Typically 1:5, supported by laborists
Clinic and hospital coverage
Clinic Census: 15+ per day
Delivery Volume: 40-50 per month, shared among physicians
General OB/GYN caseload
Current Team: 5 full‑time OB physicians + 4 NPs
Must be board-certified
Compensation & Perks: $300k+ base salary and collection-based productivity bonus
