The Physician Assistant will provide primary medical care and personalized care plans for elderly patients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing long-term health conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited PA program with an active North Carolina license and at least 2 years of experience. Required certifications include BLS, DEA registration, and a recent NPDB Self Query Report.
