Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose medical conditions Administer appropriate treatment and interventions Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care Respond to emergency situations and medical crises effectively Stay updated on medical best practices and protocols Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Current board certification in Emergency Medicine Valid medical license to practice in Florida Previous experience in emergency medicine preferred Strong clinical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Flexible Schedule: Day, night, or weekend shifts

Annual Volume: 9,000 patients

11 ER bays, including a fully-equipped trauma bay

Admission Rate: 5%

EMR: Meditech

Dictation: M-Modal

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
