The practitioner provides structured, goal-oriented family centered treatment in the home and community to support families involved in welfare, justice, or mental health systems. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, and maintaining thorough documentation of family progress.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human services and at least one year of experience working with at-risk children and families. Additionally, the role requires a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to obtain certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation.

The Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Practitioner will provide structured, goal oriented and time limited Family Centered Treatment in the natural environment to families involved in a variety of systems such as child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and substance use. The ultimate goal of treatment is to maintain the family unit and avoid out of home placements.
Ideal candidates will reside within one of the service counties including, Giles, Floyd, Montgomery, Pulaski, or Russell.

Community Based Therapist (MH Professional/Counselor)-Master's Degree Required
