The Supports Coordinator Assistant helps individuals access services and resources while promoting independence and community inclusion. They are responsible for implementing Individual Plans of Service, monitoring supports, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, or an Associate degree with two years of experience. A valid Michigan driver's license and the ability to perform extensive travel within Wayne County are required.
