The Supports Coordinator - Adults serves as the primary advocate and resource broker for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role ensures access to community resources, entitlements, and supports that promote independence, self-determination, and quality of life. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Individual Plans of Service (IPOS), coordinating care, and fostering community connections.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and at least one year of experience supporting individuals with I/DD. A valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation for extensive travel are also required.
