The Registered Nurse independently performs direct patient care and utilizes the nursing process to deliver developmentally appropriate care. They collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and document all encounters in EPIC.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current Texas nursing license, and BLS certification. At least one year of related RN experience is required, with pediatric experience preferred.
Independently performs the functions of a registered nurse in direct patient care. Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care. Also works in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care to meet the patient/family needs.
