Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by teaching life skills and facilitating meaningful community activities. Maintain accurate documentation of services and collaborate with the team to follow individual service plans.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass criminal, DCFS, and MVR background checks are required.
