The Medication Technician oversees medication-related care, including procurement, administration, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance. They also manage the medication room and support the health and wellness team to maintain resident safety and continuity of care.
Candidates must have completed a certified Medication Technician training program and possess at least six months of experience in long-term or home care. A current CPR certification and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring residents are also required.

As a Medication Technician, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of medication-related care for residents, including procurement, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will manage the medication room, ensure all regulatory requirements are met, and support the Health & Wellness team to promote resident safety, wellness, and quality of care.
