The counselor ensures the health, safety, and well-being of residents while establishing daily living routines and supervising group activities. They are also responsible for modeling positive behavior and implementing the program's behavior management system.
A high school diploma is required for this position. Candidates must also have at least three years of experience working with adolescents.
