• This exciting opportunity allows you to work across various units based on staffing needs, utilizing your unique skills to provide exceptional patient care wherever you’re needed most.

• As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at WellStar, you'll provide critical respiratory care and education under the guidance of the RC Manager/Director.
• Your responsibilities include: Delivering comprehensive patient care in complex situations, primarily in critical care settings.
• Educating patients and their families while mentoring new staff and students.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to plan and implement effective care strategies.
• Core Responsibilities: Customer Service: Ensure thorough patient assessments, documentation, and education while promoting a positive team environment.
• Quality Patient Care: Administer therapies, manage ventilators, perform assessments, and provide specialized care, including assisting in invasive procedures.
