Pay

Summary We are seeking a certified Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in a patient-focused clinical environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply. **Certified by the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) OR licensed to perform general radiographic procedures in the state of Utah REQUIRED. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Passion for patient care and ability to communicate courteously and effectively Professional verbal and written communication skills with physicians, staff, and patients Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, flexible, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated independent judgment in performing procedures and managing complex situations Ability to perform exams on patients of all ages and genders using appropriate protocols and ACR guidelines Collaborate closely with radiologists and willingness to assist colleagues as needed Assist with advanced mammography procedures Maintain equipment cleanliness, safety standards, and sterile techniques Prepare patients for mammography exams, including pre-screening, reviewing medical history, and proper gowning Perform mammography procedures using proper positioning and technique to ensure high-quality diagnostic images Assist in optimizing and implementing imaging protocols to enhance image quality Education & Certification
• Requirements
• Candidates must meet the following qualifications: Completion of 40 hours of mammography training Completion of 25 mammography exams under direct supervision of an MQSA-qualified individual
