Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to support clients in their daily activities and recovery journey. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor client safety and provide supervision at all times
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and routines
  • Facilitate groups and recreational activities as assigned
  • Document client behaviors and interactions accurately
  • Support clinical staff in implementing treatment plans
  • Conduct room checks and ensure facility rules are followed
  • Provide transportation for clients as needed
  • Respond to crisis situations and follow proper protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and observation skills
