$18 - $22 / HOUR
The Resident Assistant supports residents with activities of daily living and helps maintain their personal environment. They are also responsible for providing observation, documentation, and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess BLS Certification, and be able to complete medication administration training. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.
Overview The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions.
Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
Qualifications Required Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing. Bachelor’s degree. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly
