Pay $17.00 - $21.50 an hour based on experience and credentials. On top of those great base rates we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!

• Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN Positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients
• Documents care in the electronic medical record
• Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans

• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA
