The Family Partner provides emotional support and practical strategies to families navigating behavioral health crises as part of a mobile team. They use their lived experience to advocate for and empower caregivers to ensure family stability.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field and possess at least two years of experience working with the MH/DD/SA population. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also required.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Family Partner based in Goldsboro, NC, who will provide support across Wayne, Wilson, and Lenoir counties as part of our Mobile Crisis Team.

As a Family Partner, you’ll use your personal experience raising a child who has received behavioral health services to connect, empower, and advocate for families. Working as part of a mobile crisis team, you’ll provide understanding, emotional support, and practical strategies that strengthen family stability and resilience—helping parents and caregivers feel supported and capable during their most difficult moments.

This is a full-time position with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, including days and evenings, to best meet the needs of the youth and families we serve.
