The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of nursing plans. They must collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient care delivery and positive patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold an active RN license in the State of Louisiana. The role requires experience in managing patients on mechanical ventilators and those requiring invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Patients requiring mechanical ventilators, invasive lines/procedures, temporary pacemakers, vasoactive intravenous infusions and invasive hemodynamic monitoring. RN Licensure in State of Louisiana Required
