The nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. They must coordinate nursing care and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient outcomes.
The role requires experience in managing patients on mechanical ventilators and those requiring invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Candidates must be proficient in clinical nursing practices and the management of vasoactive intravenous infusions.
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Patients requiring mechanical ventilators, invasive lines/procedures, temporary pacemakers, vasoactive intravenous infusions and invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
