About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process of patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

You will work closely with patients to guide them through exercises and therapeutic activities, ensuring they understand the techniques and benefits of their treatment.

Additionally, you will monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the physical therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
