The counselor will craft individualized treatment plans and facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions to support client recovery. They are also responsible for conducting risk assessments and collaborating with the CSU Director and case managers to ensure continuous care.

Lead with Impact: Facilitate dynamic group sessions and provide one-on-one counseling that meets clients exactly where they are. Bridge the Gap: Complete vital risk assessments and 24-hour youth callbacks to ensure no one falls through the cracks.
