About The Job: The CRNA is directly responsible for the administration of anesthesia to surgical patients while doing pre-operative evaluations and selecting appropriate anesthetics. Assures proper administration of anesthetic while monitoring patient during the course of surgery, as well as follows the patient postoperatively. The CRNA will collaborate effectively with surgeons, medical staff, surgery staff and administration. The Shift: 1.0 FTE 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, no call, weekends or holidays.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nurse anesthesia program and hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse. A minimum of five years of experience in a rural hospital setting is preferred, along with active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
