The PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, medication management, and therapy, within a multi-disciplinary residential recovery team. They are responsible for crisis intervention, clinical leadership, and coordinating integrated care for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and possess a current Oregon nursing license with full prescriptive authority. Experience in a residential facility is highly preferred, along with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

As part of the team supporting this new program at the 16x Burnside Recovery Center, you will help provide 3.7 Level of Care stabilization, offering individual and group therapy, integrated mental health and medical services, and community-based management and care coordination. We ensure expedited, coordinated access to primary care, mental health, outpatient substance use disorder services, and housing, with a commitment to inclusive and culturally specific service delivery for individuals with substance use disorders as a primary diagnosis and co-occurring mental health conditions. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) works collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing SUDS and Mental Health services.
Salary Ranges from: $164,000-$213,000/annually *Range is professional experience and licensure/certifications
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
