Provide clinical care, mental health assessments, and crisis response for clients with severe and persistent mental illness and addiction. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans and assist clients in accessing housing and social services.
Requires a Master's degree in human services and at least one year of mental health experience. Must be registered as a QMHP or QMHP-R and possess reliable transportation for outreach activities.

Location: Old Town Recovery Center
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm (Saturday & Sunday off)
