The pharmacist will verify physician medication orders, monitor medication management processes, and ensure clinical accuracy in drug therapy. They are also responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians and maintaining compliance with medication storage and security protocols.
Applicants must hold a BS Pharm or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and possess a current state license. Two years of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred, along with proficiency in pharmacy and EMR systems.
