The Shelter Veterinarian is responsible for examining animals, performing sterilization surgeries, and treating injuries or diseases. They also oversee infectious disease control measures and coordinate treatment plans within the shelter environment.
Candidates must possess a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and a valid State of Florida veterinary license. At least one year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter is required.
This is a full-time position.

Must possess a valid State of Florida license to practice veterinary medicine and have at least one year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter.
Must be personable, able to communicate with and direct staff and work as a member of a team. Must be able to life 50 pounds on a regular basis.
