The Nurse Practitioner provides direct patient care, including assessments, management, and the implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. They are responsible for performing physicals, ordering diagnostic tests, and educating patients to ensure continuity of care.
The role requires a qualified Nurse Practitioner capable of working within an endocrinology practice setting. Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with physicians and support staff to deliver patient-focused care.
Responsible for providing direct patient care within the practice & directive of collaborating physician; assessment and management of patients; day to day implementation and evaluation of the appropriate plan of care; serving as a consultant, researcher, and educator.
