The LPN is responsible for conducting emergent field visits to provide skilled, in-home hospice care to patients and their families. They work under the direction of registered nurses and physicians to identify patient needs and coordinate care to maximize comfort and quality of life.
Candidates must hold a current Florida LPN license, Basic Life Support certification, and have completed a 30-hour IV course. A reliable vehicle with valid insurance and a Florida driver's license is required for field travel.

This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in independent practice, stays calm under pressure, and is driven by a sense of purpose, delivering skilled, responsive, in‑home care during the following hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm and every other weekend
