Provide evidence-based Functional Family Therapy to youth and their families in home or virtual settings. Maintain a caseload of 10-11 families while ensuring accurate clinical documentation and participating in weekly consultations.
Requires a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to work cross-culturally.

Shift Details: FT 40 hours/week
Monday-Friday - including evenings and optional weekend work.
Compensation: $58,000-$62,000 annual salary for Clinical Trainees, and $66,000-$70,000 for Mental Health Professionals
Location: Vona office in New Hope and remote within Hennepin County
Provides mental health services at the Vona office in New Hope and to Hennepin County referred youth (ages 10-21) and their families following the evidence-based Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, throughout the different stages of treatment. Services are provided in program participants' homes and are geared towards serving youth who are in need of intensive community-based intervention, are at risk or have a history of out-of-home placement, and/or have community justice involvement.
