The Resident Services Coordinator provides case management, advocacy, and social service support to residents in Minneapolis Public Housing highrises. They are responsible for maintaining confidential client records, conducting outreach, and collaborating with community resources to ensure resident independence.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and have 2-3 years of experience in social services or case management. Proficiency in documentation and the ability to interact respectfully with diverse populations are essential.

Performs individual and group social service functions for VOAMN Highrise Social Service Program as assigned in the Minneapolis Public Housing (MPHA) highrises and family housing.
