The Registered Nurse will perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans focused on comfort and symptom management. They will also serve as a Case Manager, coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team and providing education to patients and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license and CPR certification. One to two years of acute care experience is required, with hospice experience preferred.
