The Occupational Therapist will administer intermittent therapy to patients in their homes according to physician orders and care plans. They are responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing maintenance programs, and coordinating with the care team to improve patient independence.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current state license. A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting is required, with home health experience preferred.

An Occupational Therapist (OT) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Supervisor/Manager.
