$60 - $65 / HOUR
The Registered Nurse will perform home visits to adult and geriatric clients to provide medication administration, wound care, and comfort care. They are responsible for monitoring client conditions, documenting doctor's orders, and reporting changes to the management team.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Colorado and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. Recent experience with Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation is strictly required.
