The Mental Health Case Manager supports patients and families by facilitating mental health and substance use care, including discharge planning and community resource navigation. They also manage insurance utilization reviews, conduct safety assessments, and represent the hospital in involuntary commitment hearings.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work. No prior experience is required for this position.
