The LPN provides nursing care and physician support through treatments, medication administration, and patient data collection. They work under the direction of a provider or registered nurse to support the mission and values of the medical office.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse and a graduate of a practical nursing program. At least one year of nursing experience in a related area is preferred.
The Medical Office Nurse, LPN is responsible for providing physician support and nursing care to the selected patient population. This is demonstrated through treatments, administration of medication, patient data collection, and other specified assignments under the direction of a provider or registered nurse.
