The Medical Assistant works interdependently with healthcare professionals to provide quality care to ambulatory patients. They provide direct patient care in an office setting under the delegation of a provider.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additionally, they are required to have at least one year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or completion of an approved Medical Assistant program.
