You will implement and monitor patient care plans while serving as a vigilant communicator for the clinical team. Additionally, you will manage the discharge planning process to ensure a safe and effective transition for patients returning home.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or a compact state and possess a BLS certification. A diploma from an accredited nursing school or college is required for this position.
