$27 - $29 / HOUR
The LPN provides nursing services to residents in an Intermediate Care Facility, including medication administration and skilled nursing procedures. They also coordinate health needs with the interdisciplinary team and supervise direct service providers.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school of practical nursing and hold a valid LPN license. One year of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals is preferred.

As an LPN, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing nursing services to individuals residing in our ICFs (Intermediate Care Facility). The LPN reports to a Registered Nurse and is responsible for working within the scope of their license to ensure that the physical health needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individualized basis in accordance with procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. LPN will coordinate health needs with members of the client's team as well as provide necessary training to team members. LPN will also be responsible for delegating nursing tasks to certified direct service providers.
• One year experience working as a LPN with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
40 Hours/Week; Monday - Friday 8a-5p; On Call Rotation and Floater between locations
