Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including LHC/RHC, PCI and PTCA
Scrub and circulator duties; maintain sterile field and equipment setup
Assist with stent placement, device implant/closure as appropriate
IABP placement/removal and, when indicated, rotablator atherectomy
Recognize and respond to dysrhythmias and life-threatening arrhythmias
Accurately document procedures in EPIC and ensure complete charting of cases
Requirements
NY license in hand required for submission
EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience
ACLS and BLS certifications
ARRT (R) preferred; RCIS acceptable if ARRT not available
On-call required; candidate must float as needed and reside outside the local radius
