The Dental Assistant collaborates with providers to deliver quality patient care by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during dental procedures. They are also responsible for documenting patient information in electronic records and maintaining clinical inventory.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience or equivalent education and must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with graduation from a dental assisting program.

The Dental Assistant collaborates with dental providers to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Dental Assistant responsibilities include setting up and breaking down room and equipment, preparing patient for treatment, documenting in the electronic dental record, preparing laboratory cases, proper infection prevention practices, and other duties as assigned.
