We are seeking a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse to join our on-call team, providing evening and overnight support to patients and families in the Elkin and Wilkes service area.
This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys focused, independent work while remaining supported by a collaborative and responsive clinical team.
On-call nurses play a vital role in ensuring comfort, safety, and peace of mind after hours. You’ll be trusted, respected, and supported—never “out there alone”—and your work will directly impact patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess strong clinical assessment skills. Experience in hospice or home health is preferred but not required.
